Victoria has a BA (Hons) in Art History and MA in Arts Management as well as over 20 years experience in the Arts Sector, having previously worked at Smiths Row, Kettles Yard and Cambridge Contemporary Art and Crafts. She has also acted as Judge for the Addenbrookes Staff Art Competition and on the judging panel of Vivacity's Open Art Exhibition at Peterborough Art Gallery & Museum.
Jen Hills
Jen studied for a BA (Hons) Textile Degree at Norwich University of the Arts (Norwich School of Art & Design) and has since continued to produce work in various mediums including hand and machine embroidery, printmaking and collage.
Over the past 20 years, Jen has gained retail and administration experience through working at Smiths Row and in other visitor service and administration roles within the Cambridgeshire area.
Laura Bridgens
With a BA (Hons) in Design Management from Nottingham Trent University, Laura has a passion for the creative and cultural industries and when she's not at VK, continues within this field as an Interior Advisor.
Various retail and Arts Sector roles, including working within Arts Council England have helped Laura build on her passion for decorative arts and craft and a real desire to promote the value of craftmanship and the handmade.
Lou mills
Louise has a background in textiles before a career working on various picture desks for glossy magazines and main tabloids in London.
Becoming a mum with a young child in St Ives, allowed Lou to start up her greetings card and contemporary paper goods business at home. She is now in a position to work at VK whilst continuing with her own business.
Rhiannon Pritchard
Rhiannon graduated with a First-Class BA (Hons) Illustration degree from the University of Lincoln. Through her university studies, she was able to explore a wide range of media and technologies and develop her knowledge in key areas of interest, such as concept and character design.
Since completing her degree, Rhiannon has taken on freelance work as an illustrator at TTCombat as a character artist. She has also created Silver Night Studio, a company she has set up to publish and sell her own art work.
